Dawoodi Mohalla Masjid was built in the year 1863 (1279H), in the Zaman of (47th Dai Mutlaq) Syedna Najmuddin (A.Q).

After a triumphant win over lengthy 25 years court case, lodged by the munafikeens over property dispute, Masjid was rebuilt in the year 1420H. The Masjid ifteetah was done by (52nd Dai Mutlaq) Dr. Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb (TUS).

Under the guidance of Shahzada Aliwaqar Qaid Joher Bhai Saheb Ezzuddin Saheb and Mudreka Bhai Saheb Zakkiuddin, the masjid was rebuilt and Shaikh Hussain Bhai Mulla Ismailji Ambawala also did maali khidmat.

Dawoodi Mohalla Tanzeem committee along with the other khidmat guzars continues the khidmat of the Masjid and the Mohalla Mumineen as per the Irshaad Muneer of Aqa Moula (TUS).
